Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Reloggly account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open Reloggly and go to Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Confirm your password and tap Delete permanently.
Your account is deleted right away, and you are signed out on this device.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email support@reloggly.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership of the email address and then delete the account, typically within a few days and no later than 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all data we hold about you, including:
- your notes, tasks, and chats;
- uploaded media — voice recordings, photos, and files;
- AI-derived data such as transcripts, summaries, embeddings, and profile facts;
- reports, signals, tags, and app settings;
- your login credentials and profile.
Data retention
We do not keep a retained copy of your content after deletion. Routine encrypted backups are purged on their normal rotation (within 30 days). We may retain a minimal record where required by law (for example, to comply with tax or fraud-prevention obligations); such records contain no note content or media.
