In one line
Your life, finally searchable.
The mechanism: the one inbox you never have to sort out.
The whole product in three beats: Drop it. Forget it. Find it.
Why it exists
I started it after losing the same photo three times — a schedule from my kid's kindergarten, pinned to a wall. It went into twelve thousand pictures and never came out. Reloggly is the place I wanted for that photo: two seconds to put it in, and it comes back in March, on the day it matters.

Copy any of these as they are. No approval needed.
Reloggly is a mobile inbox for everything that lands in the middle of a day — a thought, a voice note, a photo, a screenshot — and gives it back months later, by meaning.
Reloggly is the one inbox you never have to sort out. Anything that lands in the middle of a day — a thought, a voice note, a photo of a schedule on a wall, a screenshot of a place someone recommended — goes in within two seconds, with no folder to choose and no tag to invent. It comes back later by meaning rather than exact wording, and the notes that were really to-dos turn into tasks and reminders on their own. Reloggly is available now on iOS and Android in eleven languages.
Reloggly is a personal capture-and-recall app for people living full, multitasking lives — a job, a family, a side project, a gym schedule. It exists for everything that arrives in the middle of a day and has nowhere to go: an idea between two meetings, the kindergarten calendar pinned to a wall, the documents you were told to bring, a place someone recommended in a story. Capture takes about two seconds — text, voice, a photo, or a share from any other app — and asks nothing in return: no folder, no tag, no title.
Nothing has to be processed afterwards. The sorting happens when you go looking, not when you save: search works by meaning rather than exact wording, notes that were really to-dos become tasks and reminders by themselves, and the chat reads across many notes at once when the answer sits in no single one. Reloggly is available now on iOS and Android in eleven interface languages and captures notes in any language. Content is processed by the Google Gemini API on Reloggly's behalf; it is never used to train AI models, sold, or used for advertising.

What it does today
Everything below is shipping in the build the screenshots were taken from.
- Capture in about two seconds — text, voice, a photo, or a share from any other app. Captures made offline are queued and sync when the connection is back.
- Voice notes are transcribed and photos are read, so a whiteboard or a schedule becomes text you can find.
- Search by meaning across notes, voice transcripts and images — the photo you never named still turns up months later.
- Tags apply themselves. There is no folder to pick and no filing step at all.
- Notes that were really to-dos become tasks, and a note that asks to be remembered at a certain time becomes a reminder.
- Chat answers from your own notes — "what did I actually get done last week" reads across forty notes at once.
- One short clarifying question when a note is too vague to be useful later.
Most days you don't want to ask anything — you want the thing you saved. Search comes first. The chat is for the summary you owe someone on Monday.

What it is not
- Not a wiki, a team workspace, or a document editor. There is nothing to maintain and nobody to share a vault with.
- Not a system you have to keep tidy. There is no inbox-zero step, because there is no processing step.
- Not connected to your accounts. Reloggly holds what you put into it, and nothing else.
Who it is for
People living full, multitasking lives — a job, a family, a project of their own, sometimes a second job — who want to stop carrying the day in their head. The tone we keep, and would be glad to see kept, is respect for someone with a great deal going on.
The things Reloggly actually competes with are a camera roll full of screenshots nobody will ever dig through, the sentence "I'll remember it", and a scatter of eight apps — notes, reminders, photos, bookmarks, tasks.
This is for people whose week is genuinely full — work, family, a project of their own. They don't need another system to maintain. They need to put the day down somewhere and pick it up when it matters.

Angles that hold up
- The inbox that never needs emptying. Every other capture system dies at the processing step. This one moves the sorting to the moment you go looking.
- The eighty percent that never reaches the vault. Nobody opens Obsidian between two meetings to save a restaurant name. Most of a life never makes it into the tool built for it.
- A place, not a conversation. Even with search, voice and OCR, a chat assistant stays a conversation, and a conversation is not somewhere you file things.
A chat is a conversation; an inbox is a place. Nobody throws a screenshot into a conversation expecting to find it half a year later. We're building the place.

The line in other languages
If you write in one of these, use the local line rather than a literal translation — "searchable" turns into a technical term in most languages, and in some of them into a word for searching someone's pockets.
